10. Google Ads Conversion Tracking

16. Social Media Plugins


For reasons of data protection, we do not integrate social plugins directly into our website. Therefore, when you visit our pages, no data is transmitted to social media services such as Facebook, Twitter, XING or Google+. A profile creation by third parties is therefore excluded.



17. Embedded YouTube videos


On our websites we embed videos that are not stored on our servers. In order to ensure that calling up our web pages with embedded videos does not automatically lead to the reloading of third-party content, in a first step we only show locally stored preview images of the videos. This does not provide the third party provider with any information.

Only after a click on the preview image, content from the third party provider is loaded. The third party provider receives the information that you have called up our site and the usage data that is technically required in this context. We have no influence on further data processing by the third party provider. By clicking on the preview image, you give us the consent to reload contents of the third party provider.

The embedding takes place on the basis of your consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a GDPR, provided that you have given your consent by clicking on the preview image.

 

18. Newsletter


On our website we offer you the possibility to order our newsletter. If you have given us separate consent for us to inform you by e-mail about our company's own products and services, this will be processed in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR. Your consent can be revoked at any time without this affecting the legality of the processing carried out so far. If your consent is revoked, we will stop processing your data accordingly.

If you no longer wish to receive the newsletter in future, you can unsubscribe at any time, e.g. by sending an e-mail to philipp.reisloh@anothermonday.com or using the unsubscribe link that you will find in every newsletter e-mail.

If you register for our newsletter, we will send a confirmation e-mail to the e-mail address you provided during registration. In this confirmation mail we ask you to confirm your registration by clicking on a confirmation link (so-called double opt-in procedure). We save the copy of this confirmation mail as well as the time at which the confirmation link was activated. We use this data exclusively to prove that we only send newsletters if they have been explicitly ordered by the recipient. The legal basis for this storage is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The data processing is carried out in the interest of verifiably keeping consent to our newsletter.

You have the possibility to contact us via a web form. To use our contact form we need your title, your name and your e-mail address. You can provide further information, but you do not have to. Your request will be sent encrypted via https to our server. The legal basis for processing is Art. 6 Par. 1 lit. b GDPR in the case of customer requests, otherwise Art. 6 Par. 1 lit. f GDPR. The data processing is only carried out for the purpose of contract processing, the implementation of pre-contractual measures or to answer your enquiry as a legitimate interest. We process your voluntary details on the basis of your consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a GDPR.

We will delete your data as long as they are no longer required and there are no legal obligations to retain them.

Insofar as your data transmitted via the contact form is processed on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 Sentence 1 lit. f GDPR, you can object to the processing at any time. 20. Online Applications


We process your personal data in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations based on § 26 BDSG. We process the data that you provide us with in your online application exclusively for the purpose of selecting applicants. Data processing for other purposes will not take place.

Online applications are transferred electronically to our personnel department and processed there as quickly as possible. The transmission is encrypted. As a rule, applications are forwarded to the heads of the responsible departments in our company. Beyond that, your data will not be passed on. Your data will be treated confidentially in our company. If your application is unsuccessful, your documents will be deleted after 6 months. The legal basis for this processing is Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. f GDPR in the legitimate interest to ward off any legal claims.

 

21. Salesforce CRM



We use the CRM system of the provider salesforce.com Germany GmbH, Erika-Mann-Str. 31, 80636 Munich, Germany, in order to be able to process user inquiries faster and more efficiently (legitimate interest according to Art. 6 Par. 1 lit. f. GDPR ).

Salesforce is certified under the Privacy Shield Agreement and thus offers an additional guarantee to comply with European data protection law if data is processed in the USA (https://www.privacyshield.gov/participant?id=a2zt0000000KzLyAAK&status=Active).

Salesforce uses the users' data only for the technical processing of the inquiries and does not pass them on to third parties. In order to use salesforce, at a minimum, you must provide a correct e-mail address. A pseudonymous use is possible. In the course of processing service requests it may be necessary to collect further data (name, address). The use of Zendesk is optional and serves to improve and accelerate our customer and user service.

If users do not agree to data collection via and storage of data in salesforce's external system, we will provide them alternative means of contact for submitting service requests via email, phone, fax or mail.

22. Explanation of Security Measures


In order to protect your data as comprehensively as possible from unwanted access, we take technical and organisational measures. We use an encryption procedure on our pages. Your data is transferred from your computer to our server and vice versa via the Internet using TLS encryption. You can recognise this by the fact that the lock symbol in the status bar of your browser is closed and the address line begins with https://.
