We create pseudonymous user profiles with the help of Google Analytics for the demand-oriented design of our website. Google Analytics uses cookies that can be stored on your device and read by us. In this way we are able to recognize and count returning visitors. Data processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) GDPR and § 15 para. 3 TMG and in the interest of finding out how often our websites have been accessed by different users.

The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transferred to a Google server in the US and stored there. However, because we have activated IP anonymisation on this website, your IP address will be previously shortened by Google within Member States of the European Union. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transferred to a Google server in the US (an appropriate level of data protection is available according to Art. 45 para. 1 GDPR through Google’s participation in the Privacy Shield) and only shortened there.We have also concluded a contract with Google Inc. (USA) for order processing in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR. 5. Google remarketing


We also use the remarketing technologies of Google (Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA) on our website. As soon as you visit other websites on the Internet using the same browser program, whose operators have integrated advertising spaces from the Google display advertising network, the information from the cookie is automatically read by this website operator and displayed in the advertising banner to display content that is presumably of interest to you. 6. Google Tag Manager


On our website we use "Google Tag Manager", a service of Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Google Tag Manager allows us to manage website tags through a single interface. The Google Tag Manager tool, which implements the tags, is a cookie-free domain and does not collect any personally identifiable information. 7. Social Media Plugins

For data protection reasons, we do not integrate social plug-ins directly into our website. When you visit our pages, no data is therefore transmitted to social media services such as Facebook, Twitter, XING or Google+. Profiling by third parties is thus excluded.

8. Online applications

We process your personal data in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations on the basis of § 26 GDPR. We process the data that you give us in the context of your online application exclusively for the purpose of applicant selection. Data will not be processed for other purposes.

Online applications are transmitted electronically to our personnel department where they are processed as quickly as possible. Transmission is encrypted. As a rule, applications are forwarded to the heads of the relevant specialist departments in our company. Beyond that, your data will not be passed on. Your information will be treated confidentially in our company. If your application is unsuccessful, your documents will be deleted after 6 months.

9. Contact form

You have the possibility to contact us via a web form. To use our contact form we need your title, your name and your e-mail address. You can provide further information, but you do not have to. Your request is encrypted and sent to our server via https. The legal basis for processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) GDPR in the case of customer requests, otherwise Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) GDPR. The data processing only takes place for the execution of the contract, the execution of pre-contractual measures or for answering your inquiry as a legitimate interest. The data is then deleted. The data will not be passed on to third parties.

10. Explanation of safety measures

In order to protect your data from unwanted access as comprehensively as possible, we take technical and organizational measures. We use encryption methods on our pages. Your information is transmitted from your computer to our server and vice versa via the Internet using TLS encryption. In certain cases, which are detailed in Article 20 GDPR, you have the right to receive the personal data concerning you in a structured, common and machine-readable format or to request the transmission of this data to a third party.

Right of objection (Art. 21 GDPR):

If data are collected on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) (data processing to protect legitimate interests), you have the right to object to the processing at any time for reasons arising from your particular situation. We will then no longer process the personal data unless there are demonstrably compelling reasons worthy of protection for the processing which outweigh the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject, or the processing serves to assert, exercise or defend legal claims.

Right of appeal to a supervisory authority

According to Art. 77 GDPR, you have the right of appeal to a supervisory authority if you believe that the processing of data concerning you violates data protection regulations. The right of appeal may be exercised in particular before a supervisory authority in the Member State where you are staying, working or suspected of infringing.

13. Further contents of the data protection declaration

In some cases a reference to the right of objection is required for the collection and processing of personal data, e.g. when sending the newsletter or in competitions in which the information is used for advertising. Your rights as a user

The information collected with Twitter Conversion is used to generate statistics about the success and use of our Twitter ads. 16 Embedded YouTube Videos


On some subpages of our website we embed YouTube videos. A call to these subpages causes YouTube content to be downloaded. In this context, YouTube also receives your IP address, which is technically required to retrieve the content. In principle, we have no influence on the further processing by YouTube. However, when embedding the videos, we took care to activate the extended data protection mode offered by YouTube.
